At IntegralStart Consultants, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for our services.

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

    • If the services provided do not meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement.

    • If there are technical issues or other extenuating circumstances that prevent the successful delivery of the services.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the results of the services provided and not available for membership plans as they have been given at a discounted rate.

2. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact us with details of your request and the reason for the refund.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the discretion of IntegralStart Consultants.

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation or session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We require at least 48 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

4. Policy Changes:

  • We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
