I’m Yaminah Childress, J.D., a multi-venture founder, juris doctor, and social impact innovator. I’ve built businesses from the ground up, from YANY Beauty, an international clean beauty brand, to Contractr AI, a no-code legal and business platform, and IntegralStart Consulting, where I help organizations scale through AI, strategy, leadership development, and systems.
As an ex-Local Advisor for ForbesBLK and the creator of the Balanced Founder Method, I specialize in helping leaders grow without burning out. My expertise spans AI law and contracts, alternative dispute resolution, leadership training, startup and business consulting, and talent management, giving me a unique perspective that bridges business, technology, and people.
Beyond my ventures, I founded the Dream It Forward Foundation, which has served more than 163,000 meals and mentored 1,000+ youth through grassroots programs.
My work always comes back to one mission: building businesses and communities that thrive sustainably and create lasting positive impact.
